Hawaiian Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished cattle are some of the finest in the world. Rich with vitamins and minerals, grass fed beef is also lower in fat. The meat is more flavorful because of the rich, luscious grass these cows enjoy year round! All our beef is USDA, human-grade protein. We get asked what parts of the cow we use and do we only use cheap cuts of meat. The answer to that is a resounding NO! We use protein from the whole cow. What that means is we use chuck, round, and blade but we also use every bit of sirloin, ribeye and tenderloin (filet mignon). We use the organ meat as well including the nutrient, enzyme and probiotic rich green tripe. Why use the whole cow? Itʻs more expensive, but wild animals consume the whole prey. Nothing is left behind. While we do leave the hooves, hide and head along with the intestines, the rest is ultra-high quality, biologically superior food. Weʻd never think of including a part we wouldnʻt eat ourselves.
